Please note that customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and similar governmental charges are non-refundable. If an order is returned, refused, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customs-related issues, any duties, taxes, or customs charges paid cannot be refunded.

 

AISIDA USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TO MAKE A RETURN

If you wish to return an item purchased from www.aisidapetshop.com, please contact our Customer Service Team before returning any product.

 

To request a return authorization, please provide the following information:

• Product Name
• Reason for Return
• Photos of the product (if applicable)

 

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other logistics partners depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only:

  • United States: approximately 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: approximately 7–20 business days, depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions

 

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Additional charges may apply for oversized or heavy items, and customers will be notified before order processing if necessary.

 

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. AISIDA USA LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer a replacement, partial shipment, or refund option.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order if fulfillment becomes impossible due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply disruptions, customs restrictions, transportation interruptions, or force majeure events.

 

Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.

SHORTAGES AND TRANSIT DAMAGE

Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable).

Failure to notify us within the above period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.

If AISIDA USA LLC determines that a product is defective, damaged during transit, incorrectly shipped, or missing from the order, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the item at no additional cost;
• Issue a full or partial refund; or
• Provide an appropriate alternative solution.

If we require the product to be returned, we will provide return instructions. For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed by AISIDA USA LLC.

AISIDA USA LLC reserves the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund request.

TAXES, DUTIES, AND IMPORT FEES

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and do not necessarily include import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other government-imposed charges that may apply in the destination country.

For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), sales taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or government agencies in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of AISIDA USA LLC. We are unable to estimate or guarantee the amount of such charges prior to delivery.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and similar governmental charges are non-refundable. If an order is refused, abandoned, returned, or undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will remain responsible for any fees, penalties, return shipping costs, or other expenses incurred.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country. AISIDA USA LLC shall not be liable for any delays, seizures, restrictions, or losses resulting from customs regulations or import restrictions.

Please note that customs authorities may inspect shipments and may require the declared value of the goods to be stated on shipping documentation, including orders marked as gifts.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described below.

 

30-Day Return Policy

AISIDA USA LLC offers a 30-day return policy.

You may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Product Name

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

 

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
