DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 Business Days

• International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If any item is missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with our review, we may request photographs of the product and packaging.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

AISIDA USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be returned with original packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products damaged through misuse

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
